Overview
By booking a session with In Studio Africa, you agree to the following terms. All reservations are confirmed upon full payment.

Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required to secure all bookings. All sessions are time-based and begin at the scheduled time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Requests for cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Studio Use
The studio must be used responsibly and respectfully at all times. Any damage to the space, equipment, or furnishings will be charged to the user. The studio must be returned in the condition it was found.

Time & Access
Late arrivals do not extend session time. Overtime usage may incur additional charges where applicable.

Liability
In Studio Africa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any guests or collaborators they bring into the space.

Conduct
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Changes to Terms
In Studio Africa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon being published.
