Booking & Refund Policy

Overview
All bookings at In Studio Africa are confirmed upon full payment. By reserving a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Bookings
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are time-specific and reserved for the selected date and duration only. Access to the studio is granted strictly within the confirmed booking period.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Requests made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Requests made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals do not extend booking time. Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable.

Daily Bookings
Daily bookings are reserved for a fixed time slot. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended.

Weekly & Monthly Bookings
All extended bookings are non-refundable once the booking period has started. Dates must be agreed upon in advance and cannot be paused, split, or transferred. In exceptional cases, adjustments may be considered at the Studio’s discretion.

 

Studio Add-Ons & Services
All add-on services, including documentation, writing, and project development, are non-refundable once confirmed.

 

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any transaction or processing fees may be deducted where applicable.

 

Changes by the Studio
In Studio Africa reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.
