Cancellation Policy
All bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed upon full payment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Changes made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated and are non-refundable. Studio access is reserved specifically for each booking time. Late arrivals will not extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. For extended bookings (weekly or monthly), a start and end date will be agreed upon in advance. Once a booking period has begun, it cannot be paused or transferred. Add-on services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
